I had ordered the king size bed. The specifications on the webpage does not match with the product delivered. When I ask for a replacement I am offered 759₹ as compensation and I am being told that I need to hold the product and the packaging. If the packaging is not intact the product is not replaceable. How can you expect us to hold your article and the packaging and ensure my house looks like a ware house when the replacement date is 30 days after. Now they have cancelled my replacement. When I try to reach them via the app no one bothers to call and simply sends a message that I was not reachable. How funny that I am requesting for a call from the same mobile device using mobile date and you say I was not reachable.
