Actually i have ordered titan men’s watch from watch kart.com for Rs.999 and received the parcel and paid Rs.1000 on cash on delivery. When i unpacked the parcel i received a toy watch which was irrelevant to the order which placed. In terms and conditions there was an option to return the product within 30days from delivery. But there is no details of the seller to return the product. Kindly take action against them and refund my amount Rs.1000 as soon as possible
