Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to file a complaint regarding the product that I recently received from Nykaa Fashion company. Unfortunately, the product delivered to me is not what I ordered, and it has caused me significant inconvenience.
On 25-05-23, I placed an order for women’s saree on Nykaa Fashion website with order number NYK-12341719-6640549 . However, when the package arrived on 28-05-23, I was shocked to find that it contained Western Top instead of the product that I had ordered.
I immediately checked the packaging, which clearly stated that it was the incorrect product, and I also took some photographs of the package and its contents as proof. I believe that this was an error on the company’s end. I have already raised a Complaint no- 685597817801 and the company is refusing to give any solution. This is clearly detrimental to the consumer’s trust ,money & time. This is my hard earned money and saved for special occasion. I am a poor house wife and have no scope of earning.
I would like to request a prompt resolution to this matter, and I am hoping that you will take immediate action to rectify the situation. I am willing to return the incorrect product.
