Text of Complaint by Payel Barman:

I placed an order on 24th sep 2022 flipkart big billion day.. Product value was 284rps after 8 days they delivered the product.. I got totally different product and there are no exchange option… And now the product value is 600rps..one more product I bought on 22nd September as I’m prime members so got advance big billion day offer.. Product value was 499rps..delivery date was 3rd oct after big billion day.. On 27th sep they cancelled my product without informing me.. When I called customer care they informed that as delivery time is too long so they cancelled.. After cancellation they made product value 2000rps..bith the product was from vero moda.. This is very cheap trick.. If flipkart don’t want to sell the products at low prices.. Then stop this cheap trick
