Text of Complaint by PRAMOD GOYAL:

My home loan has been sanctioned and approved with interest rate of 6.80% by HDFC. I have paid my all dues till date. However wrong outstanding of Rs. 4130/- is showing in my home loan account.
On 10th jun2022, I have replied by Mr. CHIRAG BANGIA with following remarks: (copy of email is attached for ready reference)
“Dear Mr. Goyal,

Greetings!!
Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

We have taken the case on priority & has forwarded the same for approval.

Would request you to allow us 5-7 working more days for the over all
approval & negation of any excess fee created in the specific loan
account number.

Assuring you with best of the services.

CHIRAG BANGIA”

However, nothing has been resolved. Despite of several communications with HDFC on email, telephonically, what’s app, its approx 3 months passed but excess charges from my home loan account are not cancelled yet. No one is providing me resolution.
