On dated 21.08.2021 I have ordered a red anthurium plant from the filpkrat.on that 440 rs has been detected from my account. On dated 25.08.2021 when I received the order and found that the seller has cheated with me and another plant ?instead of red anthurium plant. On dated 25.08.2021 i contect with filpkrat help centre to return the same,but no any person of filpkrat help centre resolve my issue. I also send the mail to customer care of filpkrat.but any response from the filpkrat coy.the filpkrat coy &seller has been cheated with me.pl solve my problem and direct to seller of plant to pickup the item through delivery executive and also refund my amount.
