Text of Complaint by Jeyapaulchandran:

I am a Zomato rider. Today early morning i have received an order near by to holidaying hotel. When I went for pickup they says order has been assigned to someone they took the order and went.. when I try to inform the Zomato customer care they have blocked my account. What i have done in this issue. This is full and full Zomato mistake.. i have to get justice regarding my concern.
