I’ve placed an order of Product “Powerd Suitcase that follow you” in Yelectpeak.shop with order # 198490. The total amount they debited from my bank account is 8146.99 INR on 2 transactions with value of 3855.59 INR & 4291.40 INR. Where the order value was supposed to be 2.91$ USD. Invoice acknowledgement has information of 50.34$ USD & Tax 47.43$USD.The authorization was never approved to either of this amount as the order value was only for 2.91$ USD, However transaction was processed from merchant site.
The merchant can be contacted only via email and no telephonic service available. Its also mentioned on the site that their respond emails could arrive into Junk folder of my email Inbox. Hence i suspect this is not a reliable merchant to buy from.
I have also logged a complaint with my Bank on this dispute. I request to action on this complaint with immediate effect and initiate refund of full amount I paid to merchant
