I have ordered Mobile Note 7 Pro (Neptune Blue, 64 GB)(6 GB RAM) as per Advertisement seen on Facebook , I have received the parcel wrapping with proper shipment details which ordered but it containing the wrong product i.e. Snowtel keypad phones (2 Nos) through ECOM EXPRESS Courier on dr. 07th June 2020.
Pictures of received parcels are attached for your information , investigation and action.
Kindly look into the matter and take a legal action against this fraud company M/s PhoneDeals. And help us either to get refund of my paid amount or the proper ordered product.
Kindly do the needful, Whatever the other viewers of facebook will not to get trapped by this fraud online sales company.
