I had ordered a mic and it’s cable from Amazon and both were defective I placed the return for the cable and the return of mic was not applicable as it was out of return period so I had called up the senheisser mic company guys to change it. When the Amazon pickup guy came , as my mother was not aware which product has to be given to Amazon so she gave the mic thinking the guys are from senheisser and the pickup guy took it without saying anything. The mic was of 2650 and the cable was of 630 . They took the mic and returned me 630 . The cable is still with me with all the original packing from Amazon . These guys kept fooling for 3 weeks that they will get it returned and now they reject to even listen and don’t bother to answer. This a complete fraudulent activity even their pickup guy doesn’t wear a uniform or carries ID stating they are from Amazon. 404-3045580-8933106 the above is the order number.
