Hello,
I’ve ordered food from this outlet called monster pizza on 21st June, but I received wrong order I’ve ordered for chicken cheese garlic bread but I received plain cheese garlic bread (which is less amount then what I ordered) and that to without a Invoice which I asked for from the restaurant delivery executive he said that it is not given to him from the restaurant/outlet,
I’ve not consumed that and we threw it away after waiting for 4 hours because we didn’t got any reply from restaurant and from Zomato and after consulting from their chat process executive, I’ve twice sent emails to order@zomato.com with all attachment was asked by their chat executive but in reply to that email I’m only getting apology and sorry email and I told them that i don’t need their sorry, I want my REFUND OF AMOUNT RS 248.75/- IN FULL FROM THE SOURCE I PAID FROM, And i told them that i don’t want any other apology/sorry kind of emails from you I only want my refund.
But they are sending the same emails of sorry, apology & we will give feedback to the restaurant kind of emails for all the emails I’ve sent or replied to them
