I had ordered lingerie from Suman Tomar, womenshoppee south delhi. I paid the full amount but when i opened the packed they had sent used old clothes. i called on the number: 8882659706 Suman Tomar has blocked my number. I believe this is not the first time they have done this. Should I file a police complaint?
