Hello sir,
My name is Ayush my registered number is -9540607386 and registerd mail id is – rayush82@gmail.com,so i ordered food from Domino’s via swiggy app on 20-09-2023, but i got the wrong order which I haven’t ordered.
My ordered item was :
1) A match day veg combo- Regular Veg Extravaganza + Regular Indi Tandoori Paneer + Garlic Bread + Pepsi.
2) a pepsi
3) 2 cheesy dip.
It was a top picks item from menu as you can check it is showing right now on swiggy app in Domino’s and also send you screenshot.
But i on delivery i got different items.
Delivered item was:
A regular peppe paneer+ a regular farmhouse+garlic bread+ pepsi,2 cheesy dip and a Pepsi.
I wanted to eat indi tandoori and veg extravaganza thats why i ordered that but didn’t got, if swiggy app is showing that items so it should be delivered the same. After i talk to your support team right away but they literally kept me waiting and waiting in midnight at 1:30am and their message consistency was 3-4 minutes a message sometimes more than that. So after talking to your support team and waiting more than one hour i got nothing they said they can’t do anything and tried to give me a 114rs coupon so litterly i wasted my time my money 700rs its a lot money and my mood also, swiggy litterly spoiled my night. I was waiting for reply in midnight and was waiting for solution i didn’t wanna have that i said them please take my order back and provide me correct or refund my money but it was like i was stuck by ordering food from swiggy, you order something else they will give you something else.
So, the thing is I want my money back for that order i got cheated by swiggy. they can’t give my time back but they can refund my money and now they are not even responding my mail.
they should be in front of court for treating customer like that.
