Text of Complaint by Vivek Mahajan:

I order one polestar bag and they delivered me kurta in place of bag..I put the request for replacement and their executive on voice call and chat service confirm to me that you will get with your ordered item but on 22nd September delivery boy came with order but he refused to take that kurta and says I need only bag ..told him that I got kurta so from where I will give you bag .he refused and go back with new order which he came with… So I want corrective action towards delivery boy and Amazon also because they delivered kurta in place of bag
