I ordered from swiggy for about 600+ rs and the delivery executive brought a soup…just a soup probably worth 50 rs…And he said its the wrong order and to contact customer service and they will replace. After contacting customer service they keep saying they are not able to validate my claim and nothing can be done by the customer representatives. I was basically scammed 600+ rs. and this has happend almost 5-6 times over my use of swiggy…small amounts so did not bother..but this is 600+ rs and im in a bad situation for money. and this is what swiggy is doing to customers(i even read many reviews of the same)
