Text of Complaint by Astitva Arora:

I have mistakenly recharged my Mobile No. with ₹100 but forgot to change the operator from BSNL to Airtel. Now the platform through which I recharged i.e. Payzapp Wallet, is stating that the recharge is completed from their end and they have no role now. After contacting BSNL, they are not helping to process the refund.please help
