On October 1, 2021 I ordered a Dell laptop. However, we received an old HCL laptop inside the Dell laptop packaging.
Order number- 171-7844003-5444362
My mother captured the unboxing of this laptop on video. To show me and thank me for the gift.
Despite sharing this video with Amazon, they are refusing to issue me a replacement or a refund.
We have been continuously following-up with Amazon from 2 weeks. Without laptop, my father’s work is suffering.
The value of this laptop is INR 59,200.
