Text of Complaint by Zafarullah khan Lodi:

I had made an international recharge of rs 6995.00 through VI app to another number already linked to this app using drop-down menu in app.after payment I got the message of recharge been gone to main number and not to the selected number.I did complaints and after a long sequences of escalation the vodaphone care and its appellate agency and both declined the refund.
