Dear Team
I have purchase a mobile from store24 site Redmi note 4 after discount cost I have paid Rs. 2749/- dated on 26.03.19
But I have received mobile Viva basic phone dated on 04.04.19.
I am not accept this mobile I am contact with store 24 team for replace or return my money but no reply in my mail and customer care mobile are switch off or not reachable.
I am regularly write a mail store 24 customer care but not reply till date & not return mobile or my money till date
I am request you to kindly do the needful.
