Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to bring to your notice a serious error in my credit report. It shows a loan from EARCPL, which I have never availed.
Details:
• Name: K. Arul Pravin Kumar
• PAN: DNJPK2991F
• Date of Birth: 11/03/1986
This is a false entry, and it is negatively affecting my CIBIL score and creditworthiness. I kindly request you to:
1. Investigate this fraudulent/incorrect loan entry.
2. Provide me with complete details of the said loan (loan account number:18311089, sanction date:MARCH 2021, etc.).
3. Remove this entry from my CIBIL record immediately.
I declare that I have never applied for or taken any loan from EARCPL. If this is a case of mistaken identity or fraud, please treat this as a priority complaint.
Please confirm in writing once the rectification is completed.
