My Amazon Account Name is: – DRAPERZ Gaming
I ordered a laptop (Asus Tuf Dash F15 FX517ZC) on 4th Feb 2023 worth Rs. 82,990. I received the order on 11th Feb 2023 and it had a totally different and damaged laptop of Acer Pentium Core. I called Customer Care of Amazon and told them my problem, they initiated a Return but the delivery agents cancelled the Pick-up of item and then I called Customer Care again, they initiated the Return again but the agents cancelled it again, then they initiated a return for 20th Feb 2023 and the agent came to pick-up but he did not accepted the Pick-up as he was demanding me the Asus Tuf Dash F15 laptop that I never received.
So, the scam has happened to me from Amazon and their Delivery and they are not resolving it properly.
Please File the complaint against Amazon and Delivery.
