Dear sir / Madam
I order a Men’s Jacket Rupees of 1600/- In the Facebook Marketplace. Seller Profile Name (Lovepreet Singh). I have full chat conversation he and me what we deal actually. But at the time of delivery he sent me a wrong third class cheapest jacket( jiska packet sealed tha). Pay COD 1600/- as our producte price. But after pay when I open this packet am shocked this is not that Iteam Jo Maine select ki thi.
Next I complaint Mr lovepreet(seller) this is wrong iteam am not order this one. He say sorry glti se deliver hogya we replace this iteam but now 3 din hogya he did not replay or replace my product that means he cheat me I have some msg when he deliver iteam or I have screen shot also our conversation am share with you
