This is a dissatisfactory and complaining message from myself chirantan garai about Flipkart for the last couple of orders .Flipkart is continuously sending me wrong items intentionally. On 2nd July I ordered “pantene shampoo “but I received “head and shoulder shampoo”. I approached the customer care to replace the original product but they denied.they told me to refund the order rather than replacing it.
2nd ly secondly I ordered a 6 feet Panda teddy of rupees 1749 on 2nd July. But I received an used football instead of that .the packet I received was 2 feet ×1 feet. But on the packet it was clearly written 6 feet black panda teddy is inside the 2×1 feet packet.I continuously complained to the customer care from 8 July till today 13th July, but no steps has been taken, they did not contacted m, no one from Flipkart called me and notified about the replacement. they r rejecting my replacement every single time.
3rdly I ordered a sanddisk 32GB 90 MBPS memory card on 6th July. in the details of the product it is clearly written the origin of the product is from Switzerland or Malaysia or India but I received the product “made in China” as country of origin . I complained the customer care they begged apology and requested a replacement .on 12th July I received the replaced product but the same thing happened. it is clearly written that the country of origin is China and the product is made in China.
I gave all the pictures of the products with the packets and everything but till today no steps has been taken.
The most sad thing is every time your customer care executive approach me to take the refund. do people buy things to get refund? do we want to play games with Flipkart that I will buy and you people will refund me the money? Worst experience with Flipkart . I will try to never use Flipkart in future.
