I have placed the order on their website and today it was delivered. I opened the order to find it wasn’t what I ordered. I denied to accept and asked him to take back. He said you raise a ticket and they will arrange for refund. I spoke to customer care executive and he said you download app which is part of refund procedure. This website has to be banned from existence. I have paid 1250 which is a loss for me. The products that I have received is torn.
