I have ordered Preethi zodiac mixer grinder 750watt, black / Light grey on 30th october 2023 , the delivery was done on 6th november 2023 and Pricing was 8,399 it was paid using Bajaj finsev emi card , but instead the delivery guy delivered a small box , i asked him why iam not received the preethi mixer grinder , the delivery guy told me iam not the seller , i just delivery the package . So i immediately called amazon customer service and reported the incident, they said we will start our investigation and call you back on 11th November 2023 but none of their Customer service called back , i tried calling them back , it says wrong number you have dialled , so i tried calling them on 12th November 2023 at 12:54 pm they didn’t want to answer my call they put me in hold stating customer support is busy talking to other customer service i waited for half an hour now. So now iam Reporting to Consumer Complaint , please take Serious Action because next month The Emi is going to start , without received product how can i pay money , the amazon Scammed me and not trying to accept the Mistaken delivery.
