I have ordred Firebolt smartwatch on 30.06.2021 made online payment of rs. 3999/- for this order. But next day i.e 01-07-2021 , i received Boats wireless bluetooth rockerz 255 instead of Firebolt smartwatch. The same day i have complained to customer care service which gave assurance to sort it out this matter. The delivery boy came but did not replace or return my order. I have complained this 3 times but nothing has sortted out .delivery boy again came on 09-07-2021 but not return my order. If no solution happens , i will reported against Amazon which is failed to sort out this.
