I ordered Pindia 20 Arch Strings Acrylic Crystal Bead Curtain Multicolor for Partition and Decoration
on 10th of October 2020, with ORDER # 408-7941782-9164365
On 11th of October I received Belini Sport shoe 4UK , in place of ordered Item.
I requested for replacement on same day, as a result on 12/10/2020 pick boy came, but refused to pick the item and asked me the ordered Item,
I narrated the whole case but he didn’t picked the item.
from that day onwards 12 to 19 of October I am continuously calling Customer services daily, but result is nil.
So, at last I am writing this complaint letter.
Please solve the problem as soon as possible
