Text of Complaint by Karuppanasamy:

I order 2 havels ceiling fans. I received butyl tape and my order marked as delivered. I raised a complaint on 8th Oct at customer service. They told me to wait until 13th and raised an investigation. When I called on 13th they said the investigation closes and told my phone was switch off. But they didn’t called at all and simply closed the investigation. Again they asked Me to wait until one more week. They are cheating me and I need a refund and they need to send my 2 ceiling fans.
