Ext5remely sorry to bother you
But you are a last hope for me my hard earned moneyis at stake.I have ordered a renewed mobile phone from amazon.in Samsung A50s on 6th July 2020 vide order no.171 67111235529955 brut when I received parcel I was shocked to see that instead of mobiLe phone I received Trimmer Nova .
I called at customer service at told and explainedthe issue but they directed me to investigating agency they told me we will reply you in next 5 days by 15th July 2020.
On 15th July they told me that they cannot do anything about this.
I don’t understand what type of investigation they have done .
I request you to take this matter at urgent basis
Because in amazon go down someone is doing this dirty business of changing the product .
I am sure your genuine efforts will trace the real culprit .
You can easily trace the mobile by IMEI NO.
