i ordered samsung galaxy m30s 6gb 128gb refurbished phone from vlebazaar on 28 june 2023, the delivery was to be made on 1 july 2023 but it was extended by 8 days.
Today i have received the order and it has locked samsung j7 in it. the phone is damaged. i tried contacting the contact but they hanged on my phone twice when i told them my issue. i have also mailed them but i don’t think they will get the product returned and refunded. so I am filing a case against them. i have all proofs of payment receipt, delivery screenshots and phone photo.
however i forgot to make a video while opening the phone.
