ordered a Air Compressor from Amazon.in on March 23, 2021
ASIN :B07QN6Q3YF and Order No : 408-3070931-2876331
I ordered a 175 kg item as per description on product details. But received a 270 grams a small 6 inch * 12 inch box.
But their system show delivered successfully. Seller not respond since last 17 days.
Return & A to Z guarantee page disabled. Only CS representative told that ECR team will contact you. I think they never contact at all.
I have submitted all order related documents nearly 30 times, I have also sent to all information to the management board of VP.
No one care about customer issue. Now amazon.in do not take any responsibility for after sale customer issues.
They intentionally block all contact whare you contact for the justification. The only possible contact is cs-reply@amazon.in. They have no provision to further forward the customer request. So customer support only have one way to escape from this circumstance that such sound like ( Waiting for 2 days,/ ECR team will Contact you directly,/ Your complain reach to high point, / at asking for feedback ) this languages repeated over & over. All comments sounds like fraudulent intention. No solution at all.
Amazon India aware all this story and what was happened to their customers.
Jeff Bezos claims that he has been read all customers problem and give solution in some front of media as per advertising.
If any online shopping management intention cheat customers than victimise how to get the justification.
