I have ordered a boat smartwatch to Amazon on 17August 2022 for Rs 1999/-. But I received old Rado watch instead of Boat smartwatch. I have tried many times to customer care to complaint this. After 4 days investigation Amazon arrange pickup of wrong item. After 15 days when I call customer care to know status of my refund, they told that refund cannot be processed because you return wrong item instead of Boat smartwatch.
I have many times email to customer care that I have received wrong item and same item has been returned. But they refused to refund of my amount.
Now what I do?
