I have ordered oxford fabric storage boxes for clothes (set of 6 bags) from “https://beyonessh.shop/products/trendy-non-woven-saree-covers-pack-of-6-3020387?ref=loox-wr-btn&post_id=N1mg7EWoj” which is linked to noguindia.myshopify.com. 17th December 2021, but I received the parcel on 26th December 2021.
The amount was paid COD, however the item is entirely different to what was ordered and what has been delivered (received normal cheap small saree bag with some piece of the bag torn already the same bag cost around 20 to 30 rupees in local stores). I have mailed to the company what there is no response. The item was shipped from TRENDNETIC Karnatka. I have not received the ordered product and wish refund of the amount against order ID 2537 dated 17 December 2021
Even they won’t provide customer care number for any related issues

I have faced exactly same issue .. the product that i received is very cheap quality and not what i ordered… this is a fraud website. Leason learnt order from amazon or known websites only
