Text of Complaint by Hardik:

I have ordred “(PACK OF 2)Utility Ix9 Pants Trousers Rip Stop Work Outdoor Techwear Hiking” from https://www.fnzdeals.shop/ as Cash on delivery. I have paid 899 for this as cash to delivery boy.

When I checked my package then it completly wrong item and not in good condition. I have already received and email for the puchase and all from “no-reply@mailshopline.com”. Statement mention in email that for any query contact on “CARE.SHOPPINGPLANET@gmail.com”. In this email it gives a link to view the order detail and receipt of it. This will open a pare on “https://www.fnzdeals.shop/” and shows the order detail and also return policy mention over there. They have mention on order page that for any return and related query contact on “https://www.fnzdeals.shop/”.

I have checked their website and it does not contain any contact detail like mobile or address or customer are email.
