I ordered a digital smart watch of “NOISE” company but i received an analogue watch of different company. Seller was :Appario Retail Private Ltd

The delivery packet was tempered with a paper tape of Amazon. As it was a prepaid order i have no option to refuse the packet (Delivery person first ask to OTP & submit so that packet can’t be refuse from my site). I called to Customer care of Amazon but they deny for Replace or refund, they just harassing me for a 10 days by putting my call on hold & they are wasting my time by giving me one date after another & making me wait .
Please give justice to a middle class people!!
This big company are just harassing us by delivering Wrong item.
