Dear sir,
One week back I ordered Nord ce3 lite mobile. It delivered on 23-06-2023 with wrong product like stones in the pocket. And phone outer box also not there in the pocket.package also not good.i have cc tv footage also there that time.
I have contact the customer care in the front of delivery agent. I refused take delivery that time.customer care person said please accept delivery I booked complaint this issue. I will give positive reply stay me cool. And also I shared photos and explain what happened.
They said to me instigation is going please connect 29/06/2023.
Today I contact customer care they said to me no replacement and no refund will be given for this.
This investigation is not fair for me.
In this total issue I am helpless. My mistake is zero.That amount has very big to me.. I trusted Amazon so much.. please do fever for me.. please do the needful sir..
And this total issue customer care service also very worest..
