The delivery boy from meesho despite knowing the status of my order refund status falsely picked up altogether different product of different company(of Myntra) costing 1393 rupees. I told the delivery agent that the refund is already being issued and gave him the OTP to close the return status but the delivery boy has picked up the packet from the counter in my absence. I raised a complaint to meesho but they’re declining to return my parcel or issue refund against that parcel.
