The courier boy picked up the wrong item, he did have any details about the item he was supposed to pick up, he was supposed to pick up the item by Kushal Jewelers. He did not even know from which company the return was there. He randomly said, give your return parcel. I had another parcel from Myntra to be picked up that day, so I asked him that are you from Myntra and he said yes, give your parcel. I handed over the Myntra parcel and he took it. Now, when Myntra boy came to pick up the product then I got to know the issue. I saw the AWB number by delivery and the item is already in return transit. Now please return back the product and take action. The Kushal product was worth 2800 INR and Myntra product is of 1300 INR.
