I ordered JBL Flip 3 and TWS Earpod but neither of it delivered to me. Instead of Flip 3 some unnamed brand speaker send to me which is also damage without plug in cable to charger the speaker is not getting on.
So I tried to contact their customer service but the phone number is not reachable and there is no such place to complain or return or refund. So I send them to their mail with product and receipt pics but their is no reply.
Please help me out.
