I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent order I placed through your platform. My order number is #5087352574, placed on the 7th of August, 2023. The restaurant I ordered from is Patna Junction.
My original order was for Tandoori Malai Chaap, a dish that my family and I were eagerly looking forward to enjoying. Unfortunately, upon delivery, we found out that instead of receiving what we ordered, we had been given Tandoori Momos.
The mix-up in the order has not only caused inconvenience but also affected our dinner plans.
I have attached photographs of the delivered items along with the invoice that clearly shows my original order of Tandoori Malai Chaap.
I would like to request a refund and compensation for this order due to the incorrect delivery. Please let me know what steps I need to follow to initiate this process. If any additional information or evidence is needed from my end, please feel free to ask.
