I ordered two Ferrero Rocher chocolates 24 pieces per box on 7th August 2022 for Rakshabandhan to be delivered before Rakshabandhan.
Order ID for both boxes of Ferrero Rocher chocolates is : OD225671420515915000
Package was delivered on 10th August 2022. Package outer label mentoned 2 Qty of Ferrerro Rocher however, inside the package it was only 1 qty of a different item. It was an electric hair straightener. I raised complaint for it and Flipkart mentioned that item cannot be re-sent but refund will be done. I had ordered both these items for Rakshabandhan as it was showing delivery date before Rakshabandhan. It clearly was a spoiler. Refund was created and wrong item was returned on 10th August 2022 however, refund was only created for 1 qty of Ferrerro Rocher. Although I had clearly mentioned on the call that 2 boxes of chocolates were ordered and none received (instead only 1 wrong item was delivered) but still refund for one box was initiated. I again raised complaint with the Flipkart customer service specifying that item was not delivered hence refund for both items should be initiated. It was mentioned that refund would be initiated however it was rejected with no reason provided and case was closed without even reaching out to me or informing me. I checked status again and found that refund was rejected. I reached out to flipkart again on 20th August however no call back was made. On 22nd August 2022 again I reach out to flipkart chat as no call back was made and below standard response was provided on chat service.
” I see that the product was delivered to you on August 10 2022 and since it has crossed the seller’s policy period, the seller will not be able to fullfill your replacement/refund
I requested escalation however it was not provided and same standard response was given to my frustration. Clearly I was being charged for an item which was never delivered. It looks like the packaging department did the mistake of correct labeling but sending a wrong item in the package.
I would like to attach photograph containing the label of package, electric hair straightener (which I never ordered and was returned), refund status of one Packet of Ferrero Rocher chocolate (refund of 890), & refund rejected for other box of Ferrero Rocher however it is not allowing me to attach multiple items. Once complaint is filed i can attach it any time if there is anywhere i can upload it to.
