Text of Complaint by RAJESH PAN:

On 1st July 2021, I placed an order in AMAZON.IN for the item – “Sony Wireless Headphones WH-CH510: Wireless Bluetooth On-Ear Headset with Mic for phone-call, Blue Color”. Order No. is # 171-3145078-5189968 and the cost of the item is Rs. 3698.00. The consignment was delivered to me on 13th July 2021 with the wrong item (a cheap wired headphone). Since then, I have been trying to file a complaint for refund of the amount and return of the wrong product delivered to me to amazon.in but the help features in amazon. in portal is not allowing me to complete the lodging of the complaint. It may also be mentioned that none of the associates in amazon.in have contacted me either through phone or mail. It seems that the seller in connivance with the amazon.in associates are trying to get away with it because my order was placed in Nagaland State a farflung place in North East India where communication is not well established like mainland India. 

I therefore, request you to please look into the matter and take rightful steps to settle the matter.
