I have received a Tommy Hilfiger Jeans on 20th Jan22 and ORDER NO
1.the item was totally different from what displayed in Site
2. The item did not have MRP Tag
due to above i had requested for replacement at first since the seller was Retail Net, As part of replacement procedure Flipkart asked for Images of Item which i shared noting above 2 observations, however the replacement delivery guy rejected stating MRP tag not available as per his checklist on 25th Jan
Since then from Pillar to Post , there have been multiple email communication, App communication , over 10 plus times spoken to various customer care representatives, senior customer care representatives, of which 1 person said there are technical issues and this would be resolved as she has initiated with MRP tag not available module , however she too later said there are technical issues and shall reach back later, till date no one has called and issue is closed in App automatically multiple times without giving a call or citing reason for closure – i would have reopened for more than 5 times such calls
Even today some one had called and was giving reply like this product is not eligible for return ! strangely ,weirdly
I Request to help me out resolving this issue
