I order cargo jeans from Instagram which amount is 799 and yesterday the item has been delivered to me and when I opened the package then I see torn leg of a jean and wrost I don’t know how return this please help me.

Yes, even same happened with me. I ordered the cargo pants for 900 and I got a pink colour leggings. I also mailed the company but didn’t get any reply yet and their number doesn’t work.
