Ajio delivered me a wrong item with a different brand in a different category.
i ordered a sweatshirt of brand – mark & Spencer.
i recived a tshirt of brand – Dnmx.
note – the wrong Item which was deliverd to me is also available on their website for sale.
after complaint ajio approved the pickup & courier person picked up that wrong product.
ajio said i will get refund post quality check.
when the product reached to their warehouse/seller they denied refund by saying this is a non ajio product.
the logical question is –
(a) the pickup was approved by ajio after validating the picture & Ean (tag) of product by ajio team.
(b) the same wrong product with same brand & size is also available on their website for sale.
(c) How a product approved for pickup by ajio which is also available for sale on their website can be declared as a non ajio product.
note – The wrong product is in new in condition, it has the tag intact in it, the brand name is also visible on tshirt, there is also a bar code sticker strongly sticked with clothe which explains the product is original.
the bar code on tag & the bar code on sticker of tshirt (sticked in cloth permanently) has the same number and bar code (Ean no)
then now what is the parameter or scale where they have failed my returned product in quality check & considered it as a non ajio product.
Now on the basis of everything one can easily understand there is a problem with their team’s s quality procedure or there is some irregularities, or there is some carelessness of their team on r their side of person who performs quality check.
now product is reshiped to me, customer care has totally refused to give refund or do anything about it..
consumer helpline is the only hope left for me. all the other doors are closed.

Mne order ko size issu se vapis kiya but same order ko quality chek me fail kr diya gya ki ye non ajio order h or unhone vapis bhejne ki bat ki but mere pass mere order vapis bhi nhi aaya please halp me
