Sir.                                      I ordered a viva 4g smartphone on 29th june 2021.The Order No. is 48857  on Cash Delivered. Delivered arrived on 06 july 2021 ( cash Paid 2899/- by way of Phonepe digital payment paid to name Ravikumar.C. The UPI Id Is ravikumarmetro05@ybl Tansaction Id is T2107061537030505114379.) but I received a playing cards & writing pad  we shocked to find the playing cards & writing pad delivered. But not we are originally ordered. Our order was viva4g smart mobile (newly launched) . How ever playing cards & writing pad were delivered to us. I therefore hear with Request to pls help me. & treat its a complaint & take nessesarry Action on hope4shops.co.in (Internet marketing company) (delivary company name cartcare.co.in@gmail.com Shopping Time code number is 6131310098501)
