HI Ajio’ Team,

Just 5 min Back i received a call from one of the AJIO executive regrging by order no FL0365716522.

First of all i want to give feedback that during the call he was too loud and his behaviour is not appreciable .He is talking to customers and he should be low in tone. I have been using this app for the last 4 years and never raise any complaints and if i do the same, which means there is an issue.Nobody has enough time to write such mails trust me.

This call is regarding my order which I placed on 15th FEB and eventually during the delivery nothing came in that packet .After receiving the packet i realized its very light in weight i have recorded the video of packet opening. In the packet I have received just a piece of rotten cloth instead of my original order. I am 100% sure this is a case of fraud which may be done by courier people or somebody else but the crux is I have not received my product.

But before that i have contacted your customer care so that this packet is picked up and my refund will be initiated.

I have already uploaded the picture on the app and I’m hoping that this issue is resolved , But after this call which happened just a few min back he is telling me that i will not get my refund.

Now FYR i am uploading the video of packet opening which gives you a clear idea .

Few points I want to highlight :-

(1) I have been using this app for the last 4 years 

(2)  This is my first complaint about Delivery  .

(3)  Doing frequent orders from AJIO but this is the first time this has happened to me.

(4)  Call multiple time to CC but not getting the proper solution

My request is to you please sort this issue and initiate my refund so that we can continue to use this app.
