I have ordered a refrigerator from paytm of 5 star rating. After the item was delivered, I found that different model of 4 star rating was delivered to me. I have made online request to arrange for return/ replacement of the product. While selecting return, it is showing that “Sorry! the seller cannot pickup your return from this address” ; I have to send it my courier. But while purchasing the product, it return policy it was written that “Seller will accept returns within 7 days from date of delivery of the item only in case of damaged or wrong products received” There was no where mentioned that I have to courier the refrigerator for paytm’s mistake mistake. Kindly do the needful so that paytm arranges pick up the the wrong item delivered and refund the money
