I have Booked on Bookmytab on 26th Sept. 2020. Tablet Wizpad Z1 Pro 10.1, 6GB. 64GB for Rs.3799.37/-. They have given Mobile No. 9654424766 and9711434746 to do follow up of order but when tried to call after 6 rings it is disconnecting. also all their contact email wrong.
Later on 1st Oct 2020 I got parcel through bluedart with no receipt inside. The order no. was correct, but the tablet which is not inside, and in that place they give PRATA china moblie with broken screen with scratches on screen & back panel. where no were near what the model a ordered from the site. Kindly help us to get money back and bring justice. They should not cheat any other customer.
