Text of Complaint by Hari S Kumar:

On june 25/2021 I ordered a dashcam worth 9499  from amazon.in. What i got was a 900 rs worth water colour which was supposed to be sent to someone else with label of dashcam. I chose to return the package with option “Wrong item sent”. Replacement came, but the delivery agent did not accept the return package and did not give me the replacement stating that what i have is water color worth 900, and what is needed is the dashcam (which i never got). I complained to amazon customer service and they scheduled another pickup. This time also the delivery agent came, seeing that i have water color he refused to accept the package and the return pickup failed. Already 4 pickup attempts failed. Amazon is saying they cannot refund my money unless package is returned. i have them an offer i will ship it myself, but they want there agent to pickup. This drama is going on for a month  now, and my money is still with them.
